A permanent stat path fed by refined ore. Four pages — Awakening, Tempering, Deepening and Creation — each with thirty nodes to fill.
It is per character, and it does not finish. This is where endgame ore goes.
Every page offers three lines and you work whichever you like:
Might — hit harder, and take the hit.
Ward — outlast what you cannot outrun.
Precision — land everything, and be where it is not.
You are not locked into one. All three are open on every page.
A page needs BOTH a character level and a Mining level, and it is opened with ITS OWN shard - refined from that page's ore band and no other.
Awakening - level 15, Mining 5. Latent Shard, from copper or iron ore.
Tempering - level 25, Mining 15. Tempered Shard, from deepstone or runestone ore.
Deepening - level 35, Mining 28. Resonant Shard, from voidglass, blightstone or tideglass ore.
Creation - level 45, Mining 40. Creator's Spark, from abyssite or loomstone ore plus a Creator Fragment.
The page rail tells you which requirement you are short of, and Refine Ore only offers the recipes you can actually use.
Refine Ore turns mined ore into the shard a page spends. Each shard comes from one band of ore only:
Latent Shard - 5 copper or iron ore, 50 gold.
Tempered Shard - 4 deepstone or runestone ore, 150 gold.
Resonant Shard - 3 voidglass, blightstone or tideglass ore, 400 gold.
Creator's Spark - 80 abyssite or loomstone ore, 1 Creator Fragment, 10,000 gold.
Refining spends the same stamina as mining does. Shards cannot be traded or sold.
A page opens when ANY ONE of the three lines on the page before it is finished.
You never have to complete all three to move forward — filling the other two is optional depth, not a gate.
Each node fills by rolling a gauge, and every attempt makes progress — the variance is only how much. Some rolls surge and cover far more ground.
If a node has resisted you long enough, the next attempt completes it outright, so no node can stall forever.
Material is spent per attempt and the roll happens on the server.
