Open your Mail from the envelope icon in the shortcut bar (top-right of the HUD).
Mail comes from the System — event rewards, gifts, and compensation.
A red dot on the Mail icon means you have unread mail or unclaimed rewards waiting.
Select a message to read it. Any attached rewards — items, Gold, or Lumina — are listed in the Attachments area.
Press Claim to add them to your character. Each mail's rewards can only be claimed once.
Claim All (above the message list) empties every claimable mail in one go, one at a time. If your bag fills partway through, the rest stay in your inbox unclaimed — free some weight and press it again.
Packs, outfit bundles and anything else bought with real money through Steam are delivered to your in-game Mail — they are not added to your bag automatically.
After you pay in the Steam overlay, open Mail and press Claim on the message from the Store.
Nothing is lost if you close the game first; the mail waits for you.
If your bag is full or over weight the claim is refused rather than losing the items — make room and press Claim again.
Some mail expires — the Validity timer on a message shows the time remaining. Claim rewards before the mail expires, or they're lost.
Use Delete to remove a message. Deleting mail with unclaimed rewards forfeits them.
